Commonly Asked Questions
 We  know you are busy, so in an effort to save you some time we've tried to  answer some of the most commonly asked questions here. If you don't  find an answer here, please feel free to call us, we'll be more than  happy to answer any questions you may have.

Can I just call in my measurements?

We  find in most cases it is best that we take the measurements, especially  on larger projects. There are simply to many variables in how windows  fit. Our experience tells us that it's best to let the experts do their  own measuring, they know what they need for the best possible fit.
 

Do you pick up and deliver?
We do offer on the job service for large or small jobs. If you just need  a screen or glass replaced, it's more cost effective for you to bring  it to the shop during our regular hours. However, if you do not have a  way to bring it to us, we can schedule an on site service call. If you  have a bigger job that needs done, call us and we'll schedule a time to  meet with you. 
 

Do You Sell Replacement Parts
Yes, we carry and stock a full line of hardware including, rollers,  screen, spline, crank handles, operators, glass, plexiglass, mirror and  more. If you need a special order item we'll order it for you.
 

Do you work outside of Lincoln?
We do, but the area we serve is limited. If you are located outside of  Lincoln please call us and we'll certainly try to help you if we can.
 

What payments do you accept?
 We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, Local Checks, and of course, cash.
